Lending Library

We maintain a lending library of books, articles, video tapes, and DVDs. It is available to each member during the beginning of each meeting (usually 6:00 to 7:00). Members may borrow up to two items and keep them until the next meeting (2 months).

The library has been inventoried and the checkout system revised. The books, tapes, and DVDs have all been assigned a number which has been prominently placed on a round yellow label on each item.

Procedure for Withdrawing and Returning Items:

1. Find the ID Number on the yellow dot on the back or spline of the book, tape, or DVD.

2. Find the card with the corresponding number.

3. Enter your name and month/year (OUT or IN) Sample Checkout Card

4. Place the card back in numerical sequence.

5. When returning items, put the item back in the proper bin.
Please keep the books in ID# sequence.

Library Listings ..... Revised: November, 2007

We keep two lists of library items, one by author, the other by title. The lists are as accurate as possible at this time. As new items are added to the library, the list is revised.
